ABOUT EMBEE EVENTS

Since the beginning of Embee Events, I have strived to provide seamless event coordination for each event I am a part of. With over a decade of event planning experience, I finally took the plunge to create my own event planning company... and Embee Events was born.

My name is Meredith Batchelor and I have always been a Type A and logistical minded individual. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where I have a BS in Parks and Recreation Management, concentrating in Event Management. I have worked in the event realm ever since. These events have ranged in size, context, and location and I am so blessed that I was a part of each of them. From events with Mickey and Friends at the Yacht & Beach Club Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL to hosting numerous political figures and 40,000 voters during stressful political campaigns on airport tarmacs, I have always had a passion for events.

After being a bridesmaid and attending over thirty weddings, I decided that I may be a perfect person to offer services to other couples planning the most special day of their lives. As your wedding coordinator, I take all of your concerns, questions, and needs and put them into the most efficient planning guide to move forward. On your wedding day, I will take the reins to make each movement so seamless.
